you want a SOLD sign…™
"Almost from our first day
in this business, JoAnn said she wanted something that
said what we are and what we
do. She wanted us focused. She wanted something that
kept us in our seller’s shoes. So I wrote this
long paragraph full of promise and commitment. And she
said 'no, it’s gotta be short and to the point.'
I reread and cut, reread and cut. And in the end I had
'when you want a SOLD sign…' JoAnn smiled
and that’s
been our motto from that day to this. We put it on our
business cards, our logo, our website, everything. And
it’s kept us right where we should be – in
our seller’s shoes."
